Welcome to Compass!

Compass was founded in 2010 as a human services agency that provides services and supports to individuals with disabilities, mental illness and addictions.  All services are designed to help people realize their hopes, dreams and personal goals.  At Compass, we believe that our agency's success is measured by the successes of the people we serve.

Services and Supports

Compass offers a variety of developmental disabilities services funded by the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services, and private pay.  All services are designed to support you in the direction of your choice, and can help with access to:
  • Community participation and integration
  • Education and training
  • Recreation
  • Meaningful day
  • Coordination of health care
  • Advocacy
  • Counseling
  • Spiritual opportunities

Compass is excited to announce a new program geared toward providing personal services to individuals in their own homes in the community: Compass Home Care Services!  If you or someone you love is in need of quality attendant care, homemaking or companion services, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.  Call and ask to speak to someone about home care today: 317-423-9350.

Access Pass Program Partnership
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, Conner Prairie Interactive History Park, Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, NCAA Hall of Champions, and Indiana Historical Society have joined forces to make fun family learning available to more Indiana families.

Families that participate in any of the state assistance programs listed below can visit these locations for just $1 per family member per visit.

To join, visit any of the venues listed below and complete the Access Pass application. Applicants must show photo identification and a Hoosier Works card (without Visa logo) or Hoosier Healthwise card.

Qualifying programs

-- Hoosier Healthwise Insurance
